Reaching as many people as possible to help them achieve their financial goals through spirituality has been my goal for years. So whenever there is an opportunity to share my message and my content with people who may not have any idea of who I am or what I do, I take action.

I recently decided to join Substack because one of my mentors suggested it to me. He said that it’s a great way to connect with people who may not be on any other types of social media. I wasn’t too familiar with Substack but after a bit of research, this is what I learned:

Substack.com is a popular online platform that empowers writers, journalists, and content creators to establish their own subscription-based newsletters or blogs. It offers an accessible and user-friendly interface for individuals to write, publish, and distribute their content directly to their subscribers. Substack’s key feature is its monetization model, allowing creators to set subscription fees for premium content, enabling them to earn income directly from their readers. This platform has gained attention for its role in democratizing media and journalism by giving writers the tools to bypass traditional publishing structures and build a direct, sustainable relationship with their audience.

I definitely resonate with the concept about being able to “bypass” traditional publishing and building a direct connection with my audience. And yes, it is set up to be a subscription-based blog, but for now, I’m choosing not to charge a fee for my content. I would like my work to be available to whoever needs it, regardless of their financial situation.
